At Daiwa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
